CoapTech wants to better understand your purchasing process. Institutions can vary greatly in terms of how new products are evaluated, procured, and implemented. Value committees, budget limitations, and in-service trainings are common mechanisms, but still look different in one hospital versus the next. At a minimum, the sequence of steps to purchase new medical devices is unique.
